Changes of the categories and emit card number

Now is the right time to check your competition information and, if necessary, do category changes or Emit number changes.

Orienteers of competition categories

Check your Emit card number and competitor details here.

Category change is possible at no extra cost until May 31, 2024. After this date, a handling fee of €10 will be charged for category changes.

Emit number changes are possible at no extra cost until June 10, 2024. After this date, a handling fee of €10 will be charged for Emit card number change.

• Until June 10, 2024, you can make the modification yourself directly through the IRMA service (NOTE! Make sure the information is updated to the list of participants in Kainuu Orienteering Week) or by sending an email to the competition office at info@rastiviikko.fi.
• From June 11, 2024, changes can only be made by sending an email to the competition office at info@rastiviikko.fi.

If the Emit card number is not provided to the organizer by June 10, 2024, it will then be treated as an Emit number change, and a handling fee will be charged.

Orienteers of recreational orienteers (open courses)

As a recreational orienteer, you can check your information from the day-specific start lists:

• 1. race day on June 30, 2024
• 2. race day on July 2, 2024
• 3. race day on July 4, 2024
• 4. race day on July 5, 2024

Emit card number changes can be done through the competition office until June 10, 2024; after this date, changes will be done on-site at the event at the open courses info tent for "pre-registered" point. You can inform the competition office of the modification via email at info@rastiviikko.fi.

Changing the track can be done at the open course info tent at "pre-registered" point participants in the open courses. Recreational orienteers can preview the maps and courses near the open course info tent. Participants in competition categories must note that they are not allowed to preview the maps before the race performance.
